Nice toaster, I have the cream version myself, paid £40 and I think it was a bargain for that price.

Built like a tank, does take longer to toast than 'non-professional' toasters, but gives that lovely golden finish toast you get at greasy spoon caffs.

Buy it if you want a Dualit on the cheap.

The only thing that stopped me buying a dualit is readign about the timer failing and the heater staying on and burning down your kitchen lol. So thought great this is ideal, but reading reviews on amazon first complaint and its timer broken down and element stays on heating ffs!

What have you got to do to get a toaster that can fit bread in it and errr toast it!
#5
It seems the more 'professional' you get, the worse the ratings get too!
#6
"Manual high-rise for mid-toasting viewing" - that's my kinda toaster.
#7
The toaster isn't going pro-pro because it wants to keep its Olympic status!
#8
Nice Toaster. I love bread-based breakfasts and would order like a shot if I didn't need a 4-slot jobby.

Wow I never had professional toast... Does it taste differnt to normal bog standard version?
#11
We'll I happen to be a professional toaster-er. And as this is a mere semi-pro i think COLD :p
#12
One to avoid based on the heater staying on unless you want your house toasted too!
#13
I now know where i have been going wrong, i should have had this semi-pro toaster all this time
#14
Price has gone back up to £63 now
