you should take it back - they usually last ages - we've had a few of their products and they have always lasted really well.
When I first put mine together the poles were too tight, then realised I had them the wrong way. Not sure if the same happened to you. But take them back they will replace/refund.
dealing with keter was akin to having teeth pulled without anaesthetic, ..something i'd go a long way to avoid!
So check in-store that the kit is complete (regardless of appearances) & not cracked, or with fuel costing so much you could be out of pocket.
not voted either way as my own experience mars the cost of the deal otherwise.

Im guessing that the difference between the 12 and the 15 is the depth of the shelves ?

Difference between the 12 and 15 is the depth AND the width- in the last thread I seem to remember somebody saying the 15s were much sturdier too. I bought a load of the 15s through the voucher exchange a couple of weeks ago at this price, having worked out that the 15s give more storage area per £ because of the extra width as well as depth. Bear in mind they come as seperate components and you can play about with the configurations if you have a few sets.eg making them 5 high or straddling shelves between different sets to lock them all together.
