Keter products are awful now. Thin plastic that warps in the sun

Don't expect it to last long

Couldn't agree more.

For the price it seems a very viable option.

Despite treating it every year, our wooden shed has rotted to the point where we need to replace it and the metal sheds get terrible reviews for the condensation.

These are mass produced, and fantastic quality. They are made of plastic, not wood, and not bricks, so be reasonable in what you expect. The plastic is thicker than all the own branded supermarket stuff. They are VERY easy to put up, and they have EXCELLENT uk customer service.

when did you buy yours then? They used to be great two or so years ago. Now they are much thinner and are rubbish. Check recent reviews for evidence.

I second that.I have a 8x8, bought at the beginning of the month last time Argos & Homebase had same offer on. Plus Quidco.
Very pleased with it and so easy to put up, recommended if you are looking for a plastic shed.:D.

How much was your 8x8 at the time?

Been looking for somewhere to store the bikes. Don't fancy the shiplap stuff you get starting at £150 so this does look like a reasonably priced option if good quality?

great price if they have maintained their original quality standards which reviews say they have gone downhill. I bought a £100 storage shed from keter last summer and it was really flimsy and took ages to put together as parts were missing and didnt line up without some cutting. Its now got a really bowed lid from the sun and doors dont close properly without lifting them. It does the job for now but will seek a replacement nearer the warranty end date.

Personally, I wouldnt go near a plastic or metal shed due to the difficulty installing shelving, hooks etc

My 6 x 8 wooden shed is 10 years old and will probably see me out ;) (cost £180)

£520.00 for the 8x8 with Quidco, would be excellent for bikes.

I fully agree with you, the storage units and sheds are excellent. My Keter has out lasted my wooden shed, the metal shed I bought as a replacement is falling apart now. Whenever I have had issues with my Keyer storage customer services have been really excellent!

The stuff Keter produce now is utter junk - buy this at your peril. May not last as long as long as a Yorkie Bar, and worth about the same. ;)

scoobytawazara, plastic sheds are more practical for many people. I don't work for Keter, nor do the hundreds of positive review writers on Amazon. Amazon reviewers give the sheds on average 4/5 stars or better.
