With KETTLER tricycles, children learn how to develop their motor skills whilst having fun learning new things. Parents also benefit thanks to the adjustable parent pole, meaning children can be pushed along conveniently and comfortably.

Suitable for children approx aged 2 to 5 years (has a max user weight of 50kg) the Waldi is crafted from a high-quality round tubing frame with scratch-resistant polyester coating and quiet-running wheels. The front wheel is complete with an automatic freewheel function for extra safety.

The limited steering radius and low centre of gravity ensues high tilt resistance. The adjustable moulded seat with high seat back offers supreme comfort while the handbrake controls both rear wheels.

Includes 3 year parts and labour warranty. TUV tested and approved.

KETTLER balance bikes allow small children to explore their surroundings independently, whilst extending the area over which they move and training their motor skills and sense of balance. The height-adjustable seat and robust design are certain to make the balance bike a trusted companion, in addition to being excellent preparation for the later transition to the child's first pedal bike.

Suitable for children aged approx 2 to 5 years (max user weight 50kg) the Pablo is crafted with a steel tubing frame with scratch-resistant polyester coating. Ball bearing mounted 12.5 inch wheels have maintenance-free synthetic tyres, the padded seat provides optimum comfort and is height adjustable between 35-43cm. The design is complete with safety handles with child-appropriate handbrake and handlebar pad.

Includes 3 year parts and labour warranty, TUV tested and approved.

John Lewis are utter "insert profanity". I just got an email of cancellation for my balance bike order as they are out of stock. This wasn't even a HOT deal when I ordered it!

I think it's probably my 4th order from John Lewis in the past 2 years which has been cancelled by them.

i just contacted John Lewis customer services as i received the same e-mail ... the lady basically, in a nutshell, said "tough!"
#17
I wonder if it's been honoured for anyone?

Received a refund from John Lewis. But they did not refund delivery charges of £3.50. So I've sent email to customer services. Just a heads up so others can check if they received a full refund.

Same here. I worked at JL in the late 90s to help pay for my uni expenses. I recall back then how everything was about the customer being number 1. Their digital team clearly didn't go on that training.

I refuse to believe a company with as much money as JL doesn't have an ecommerce platform with accurate stock levels.

Just came to post the same issue :/

They emailed me back saying that delivery charge will not be refunded as that is not in their normal terms. Seems a bit off to me. I didn't cancel the item they did. Not very good customer service.

I requested a full refund as I told them other than delivering bad news there was delivery of no physical product. Therefore what are they charging for. I was told a refund had been processed for the delivery charges. Lets see if the actual credit comes thru.

ive had a voicemail left after i posted on their facebook page numerous times, see what they have to say in the morning
