Processing fee has risen in those two days from then £300 to now £330!

8000 miles is less than 10 miles each way per working day for 2 years. And for that you're paying nearly £5000 + insurance + fuel + maintenance.
If it is only for 1 occupant, you'd be better off buying a bicycle.

Well, if you want to be picky, it'll be even cheaper to walk, be that one person or five!
