Reduced to £11.60 in the sale in natural colour, or £15.60 in green, but use code 3288 to get this price (£5 off a £10 spend, including sale items, and free delivery). Should work for new and existing customers, but existing customers who've 'forgotton' their account number can just register as new.

Also 6% at Topcashback or Quidco.

I ordered this a couple of weeks ago with the code, and totally forgot to post it here until I received a dispatch confirmation email today - they're not always the fastest to deliver so don't expect it to arrive tomorrow!

Vaguely similar in style to a Tripp-Trapp (without the front bar, so better for slightly older kids), but since one of them will set you back about £100, and this is a fiver, it's a pretty good alternative! I just wanted a higher-than-normal chair for my 22-mth-old who won't sit in a highchair, but is too small to sit in normal seats at the table - looks perfect. Vertbaudet furniture is usually pretty good quality.

Their info...
A modern look in 2 styles: natural or lacquered green. A practical design that evolves as your child grows. Easy to adjust at 3 heights. Rounded backrest dim. 40 x 13cm. Height 75cm, width 40cm, depth 40cm. Stable wooden structure and seat in non-toxic, lacquered MDF.

Top find, but £11.60 less £5 makes £6.60 not £5.60!

Solves the same problem we are experiencing for very little money. Hot

Similar to a tripp-trapp in the sense that it is a chair for kids and made of wood?

The design / ergonomics are completely different.
#13
just ordered mine-hope theydont go out of stock-i've ordered before a out of stock nnd had an email a week later sayingow.hope the code is ok too!!

Excellent price if you are on a budget but can't help feeling that it looks like half a wallpaper table!!!

We have tripp trap chairs which have foot rests which make them more comfortable and better for your childs back. They look better too but are much more expensive!!! Saying that, if you can afford them then I highly recommend the tripp trap chairs

Have to agree with you. Had a better look at the photo and it doesn't look like you can adjust the depth of the seat either making it very uncomfortable for young children.

Well, yeah... :-D there is that!

But for me, the main benefits of a Tripp-Trapp (for toddlers) are the adjustable seat height and the fact that it's fairly compact and can fit right up to the dining table without being a massive hunk of plastic. And although this isn't obviously the same as a TT, it has the same benefits to me. And it's 6 bleedin quid - that's good enough for me!

Any Idea If You Could Attach A Harness?

Fantastic just about to buy a kids coat (fleece lined age 3 for only 12.50) and you saved me a fiver and free postage! THANKS
#21
Will any of you be attaching a cushion? If so will you just use a kitchen chair type? Looks like it might be a bit hard on the little botties lol
#22
I'm tempted, but i've bought lots of wooden furniture from this company before, and the quality is rubbish!

It never fit together properly, so therefore falls apart after 5 minutes!

Still voted hot though!

Thanks for this Just ordered one.
#24
its nothing like a tripp trapp ?
#25
Looks nothing like a Tripp Trapp! Added to that, one of the reasons the TT is expensive is because it's a quality piece of furniture, this looks like a fold down guests chair or a wallpapering table. Might only be £6 but if it's £6 of **** then it's not £6 well spent is it.

If you want a cheap functional highchair, get the ikea antilop, otherwise get a nice looking wooden one.
#26
Thanks - perfect for Grandma and Gradnads place!

so true

Does anyone who already has one of these have any idea at all what age range this chair is suitable for? - the description on Vertbaudet's site is not very helpful at all in that regard

How on earth am I going to fit a squirming 2-3 year old in an Ikea Antilop? The whole point of these is that they're ideal for older kids who want the independence of sitting at a 'grown-up' chair at the table, but need a bit of extra height. I had to get rid of the highchair ages ago because he screamed at the sight of it, so we've got a couple of cushions on the dining chair at the moment. This gives the extra height needed for the next few months at very little cost. Therefore £6 very well spent for my purpose!

Ordered 2 thanks, just hope they come! :)
#37
Great, thanks. I've just ordered the green one, I painted my kitchen that exact colour last week, and a chair like that is just what I need for my 2 1/2 year old.
#38
Just to let you know these are VERY SMALL CHAIRS!

They are not high chairs, which should have been obvious had I read the OP clearly.

i think we all thought they are high chairs mine have come but not opened them as yet
could u do me a favour, could u give me approx measurements of the 3 seat heights?if they are too low im sending mine back as i bought 3 of them!
#40
way lower than i thought, have not put mine together so cannot quote heights, started to but then realised it was smaller than I needed.
