A table and 2 chairs for £17 from Ikea. Lasted our kids for years and it was their table for doing everything - painting, drawing, crafts, gluing etc. Eventually after several years the hardboard top will succumb to wear and tear but you can easily make another 2 tops from a sheet of whiteboard from B & Q for about £4. Can't recommend it highly enough.......
