Never spotted this!

Smoking deal mate. If this doesn't get voted scorching hot, HUKD will take a nose dive in credability for me! :p:-D

Great price but i wont go near CEX
#3
Great price and (if you like FPS) great game
#4
bought this and modern warfare 2 very close together, and killzone 2 is much much better than modern warfare 2. Really enjoyed this game!

So hot from me for the fact its £6 but i wouldnt touch cex with a ten foot pole.

Excellent deal.
#6
worth it just for the campaign
#7
wow great price will def get this now
#8
Why are you lot so anti CEX then? Good price, this game any good?
#9
I have just ordered it from CeX but then started reading the negative comments here - whats wrong with them?
#10
Game scored 91% at Metacritic - so yes, very good. More so if sci-fi FPS games are your thing.
#11
Great game! In my view the Campaign is better than MW2. But just looses out on Online Multiplayer. That said both modes are great and well worth the £6!

great game was playing the online tuesday still always a full room online and a bargin for £6

never had a problem with CEX (only ever brought instore)
#13
I've only ever bought instore from CEX, but I usually hear stories of online purchases arriving not in the conidtion as advertised (i.e box cracked, cover / manual in poor condition). At least instore you can inspect the condition before commiting to buy
#14
Cheers, great price.
#15
CEX is okay if you go instore chose your box and check the instructions are inside, otherwise its a lottery and you could end up with something that wouldnt look out of place in some crack heads lair and probably dosent smell much better either!
#16
i bought this when it was £12 ill never be able to sell it back now :(

i played the first level of the campaign - it was good but it took forever to finish, over an hour i think.
#17
i never had issues with cex for a long time - my only issues lately is the blurays i buy (and the odd game) have been coming with photocopied covers. this is due to people nicking the covers from the stores (happened a lot in leeds) and so they would rather send it out and get paid than refund.

Good but not great game.

Agreed, at the end of the day, you don't know where stuff has came from.

Usually when they produce the disc, I ask to have a look (as I do at Blockbuster, gamestation etc), at times it has been so bad, i've asked for another one. Natually CEX staff don't like this, but hey, it's my money.

single player is ok, online is amazing.

+1
The single player is better, and the multiplayer is better balanced. No high ranked players playing against low ranked, even managed to get a few kills on my first game! Can't say the same for MW2.
Love them both, but KZ2 just edges it for me.

Amazing price and great game -- online mp is a blast!
#23
Great game, easily worth £6.
#24
Bought it for £7.50 when it first came out - Through a deal on here.
Did quite a few missions on the campaign and then got bored. Tried online once and as far as i can remember it was fun. Not the best game imo from the last experience, but i think i might try and get back into it soon.
#25
Gamestation price matched this for me it was £9.99 in there, better that dealing with CEX

What is right with them would take less time to answer.

Well, apart from selling Sh*te, they took an amount from my Paypal account I do not recognise. On speaking to others about this, this has happened to them. Cus Svces do not answer emails, so a plod will be interviewing them at length in their Watford lair.

My credit card company are similarly disinterested - as I had given my details before. Next step is a Premium rate call to the Fraud Dept. You get the idea?

My card companies and bank will have a lot of paperwork to deal with as well as a few thousand credits of £0.01 into their accounts to deal with. (It costs £12 to process - yeah, ... right - it's what their charges say...maybe £3 each).

Where did civil disobediance ever get the Suffragettes or Anti-Poll Tax campaigners? ;-);-)

Cex? In a word - avoid.

Why don't you just go in-store and pay with cash then? :S
