Instore still £79.99 I believe, but now showing as £59.99 on the website. Much better and much more affordable price, I think!

When unbiased multiformat mags GamesTm & The Edge amongst others only give it 7/10 I think I would wait until it was sub 15 quid before buying it.

Then you get decent games like Bioshock 2 and its wonderful limited edition on sale for 10-15 quid, if a decent game released can drop to that point, lets hope this one can too, then I will consider trying it, the multiplayer beta wasn't anything great.

Sorry, I thought when a deal was listed as "Both" it meant instore and online.

Ouch! That's got to hurt those that paid £99.99 for it just a few weeks ago.

It was originally listed with a Recommended Retail Price of £129.99 as well!

BFN,

Definitely a bummer! Is there anyway this can be promoted on Twitter or something as everyone will miss out on this deal unless they specifically searched for it!

Cheers infowight - subscribed to this thread when it first came out. Have been burned by these 'special editions' before and given their recent track record of sharp discounts post release was waiting for it to drop this low!
