Your deal was voted cold because the Kindle Fire HDX was cheaper at Argos and is a huge upgrade over your 7". But you should repost as all the offers on the HDX now seem to have finished.

Sent from my HDX...

Stocking filler!??! Do you know the meaning of the word or are you rich (still no excuse)?
#28
Had one of these, good size but a bit chunky and surprisingly slow for a quadcore device. Were it not for the unique (for a tablet) size, most 7" tablets for under a ton would be a better bet.

I don't think it's trying to be a tablet it's more of a book reader pocketable. But a very capable reader that has tablet features for a Christmas cracking price these will go back to £99 so now is a great time to buy.

Had a go on a 7" one of these the other day, they feel as dated as a Playbook, but to make matters worse unless you root them or sideload android apps they are terribly limited by Amazon's own take on android.
#33
These are not for hardcore tablet users I agree with you. but it suits most task people want it for and that's reading books playing the odd game checking emails etc.
#34
It seems odd to me that people keep adding random full priced items and using the Tesco £20 off code to lower the price. This isn't a separate deal imo. It's just a part of the Tesco £20 off. Surprised it's been voted hot.

It's still cheaper than retail hence makes it a deal lol.
