  They say they are used, but they are not - I can almost guarantee it. The reason they have this many in the warehouse is because of the release of the Kindle touch.

  I have the black one without the light that I also bought from the warehouse deals and it was brand new when I recieved it although it said "used like new" so I couldn't pass this bargain up as I know it will look brand new
