Really? I haven't used the keyboard on my 'old' Kindle except once to put in wifi details. I'd rather have the smaller, lighter one.

With half the memory, half the battery time and no keyboard I would prefer to spend the extra £20 to get the original, seems far superior

But, does the decreased storage really matter? It still has 2GB and ebooks are tiny. Does the decreased battery really matter? The battery life is still phenomenal. Frankly I'd take the new smaller, lighter model every time. Those are things that actually matter while you're using it... seems far superior.
