First post and I know it has been done before however, using discount code TDX-K7AR gives a £15 discount on Tesco Direct (£15 off a £75 or more purchase). Kindle is not available online but if you phone call and collect there is every chance it will go through. Discounted prices WiFi £96 or 3G £137, decent discount on what is a hard product to find discounted., Good Luck.

Brilliant deal,I bought mine from amazon a couple of months ago for the £111 and even at that price it's worth it!
A fab piece of kit that goes everywhere in my handbag :-)
#16
Absolutely great deal. They are reasonably cheap at £111 and can't be found cheap anywhere else.
#17

#18
How did you order it online? When I search all I get is that kindle page telling you to ring them or go instore. How do you find it online? Thanks

Good deal, if I wasnt going to florida in a few weeks I would buy it myself, but you can get a wifi only version with adverts (not while your reading) and the wife get 5% extra off from Walmart. Nice find.

Anyone else getting this error message at the checkout? I've just ordered one fine, but it wont let me order a second one?

Just tried creating a new account and it worked fine. Looks like its deffinitely one per customer. I might have to make a third account though :)

Same here, been guessing the Cat No with no success
#32
Yippee I got one too! £133 because I used other Tesco vouchers that we never use :-))
#33
Can someone please tell me what the advantage of the 3g over the standard wifi version is? I can't really see any unless you have no wifi available and you just can't wait to read a certain book, there and then? Surley, you can pack this thing with reading material to last you a lifetime.

Not trying to start an argument, just genuinely curious.

The 3G version can give limited internet access and handy if abroad and need to get online for what ever reason as Whisper net (3G) works in lots of countries worldwide and the data roaming is free

Great, Please be so kind and show us a link for the 3G to order online
#36
Wouldn't work on mine, so loged out and back in as my wife! Thanks vm, a good saving, anyone have any bulk download deals or freebie links ? Cheers !;)
#37
If someone can find the catalogue number for the 3G, you can search for that, and it should let you buy it online.

The 3G version also has a much longer battery life.

The 3G can give you the internet worldwide for free but the interface is very clunky and does not make for a nice browsing experience. Tried it on my wife's wi-fi one (browsing at home) and it'll be fine for looking up the football scores if you've got a few minutes to go through links but it will infuriate you if your in a hurry.
As for buying books on the internet I see little of no benefit for that purpose as it can carry around 3500 books so your hardly likely to get caught short of a book unless you planned your holiday very badly.

Great deal!
