3 ... 2 ... 1 ... Go! "Kinect Joy Ride," the first controller-free racing game, will take you and your friends on the ride of your lives - no driver's license required. "Kinect Joy Ride" combines wild kart racing excitement with the effortless fun of full-body gaming possible only with Kinect for Xbox 360.

"Kinect Joy Ride" reinvents driving and kart racing by adding massive jumps and full-body stunts to the classic kart racing action. With a host of cool features and game modes you can find your inner Andretti by going solo, pick up a co-pilot, or team up with your friends and family to take on the world.

Why heat if it's rubbish, yeah, it may be the cheapest, but if it's not worth the money, then it's still expensive, therefore should be cold.

I rented this and thought it was ok, got really addicted to the game where you collect the fruit on the half pipe.. £9.99 is worth it for this title in my eyes. I paid £18 and I think that I paid what I thought it is worth :)

#17
It's a good price, but a really unresponsive and frustrating game. I've probably had about 90 minutes gameplay out of my copy and can't bare any more.
#18
Crap game then??
#19
Can you get a price match on this from currys, gamestation and save a few more quid?

Not really, it was going to be a micro transaction game like Pinball FX. What you would have got free would have been very limited.

No, Pinball FX 2, Games Room and Hasbro Family game night are just free downloads that then need further purchases to play. This was the model they were looking at for JoyRide.

yes and no there was supposed to be levels you could play for free (a light free-to-play ) with the micro transactions for avatar items and further levels karts etc

Mentioned at e3 2009 they said it would be free to download and free to play

Exactly, the full game (which we are talking about here) was never going to be free.
