Just had a leaflet through the post from Viking Direct and it showed Kinect for £123.36 only.

Viking Number 5201064

It does not seem to show up on their website but gives you a number to ring them. Don't need it myself but might help someone. .

Sorry try this link:

http://www.viking-direct.co.uk/catalog/search.do?fkey=jrv3jwfdZiZ6Ebgn4UpegLp&Ntt=kinect

PS: With 7% Quidco its even cheaper£123.83 - £8.63 = £115.20, thanks Ettam

I'm not sure as the price did not indicate but it seemed to be inclusive. Ill see if I can dig up the leaflet, if it is plus VAT then not worth it.

I ordered one of these for when it came out! I didn't get one as they didn't have any, but they had my money since the 3rd November! Yesterday I had a refund! what a kerfuffle that is a refund as they have to phone you back a week after I cancelled it! I now have one from play.com

With vat is was £123 but I needed to know I had one for xmas present for my son!

waqas,

I think you need to clarify - is £104.99 VAT inclusive because the link provided is for the business site?
#7
Sounds like VAT is not included so not voting until this is clear...
#8
Ow ok, I just got the link of the viking site and its got nothing to do with the deal, I just thought ill refer to the site.

Some idiot expired it but hope it helped someone.
#9

#10

#11

#13
Yeah, with Quidco, its cheaper than the Costco deal.

£123.83 - £8.63 = £115.20

Are you kidding?
#20
It's £123.83. Can't get quidco on this if you have to order over the phone.
#21
very nearly bought one of these until i read some reviews on amazon need a lot of space
8ft away from tv and at least 2 foot away from each person, wish i had an american sized lounge
#22
Are use all got a lot of space in ur house to jump around like a chicken with ur mates kids etc??? Kinect is a waste of money and waste of power... I dont think that when u come bk from work start jumpin like chi with ur kids/m8s u have more important things to do...
#23
even fo fun that device not worth the it!
#24
I completely disagree. I'm more of a sit down and play type of guy, but my missus used to do her exercises on EA Active, Wii Fit Plus and a bit of Just Dance on the Wii. She now uses Your Shape: Fitness Evolved and Dance Central. Those games aren't my cup of tea - I'm proud of my belly and it's all paid for :) But those games are so polished and responsive. Just watching, I have to say I'm impressed. It's not like on the Wii where when you get a bit tired, you can just cheat and wave the remote around. These actually make you work.

Kinect Sports is really good fun (despite not feeling like you're progressing) and my daughter and niece absolutely love Kinectimals.

The only real gripe that I have with it is that all of the other games that have come out for it are absolute garbage, but I guess that's the games that are to blame and not Kinect. I'm sure that there's more to come from this device.

I originally ordered it from Viking and after about 4 phone calls after release was told that it was going to be 3 weeks so I cancelled. I was lucky enough that a mate of mine works at comet and let me use his 10% staff discount so I ended up getting it for £117.

If you want it quick, I wouldn't bother with Viking.

Thats all depends how much spare time u got ... I got a small family with 2kids and i have some space to play with me kids in me living room but i cant get more then 2-3h a day to spend with em cos i got a lot of things to do... no need to explain there is too many things... I dont think Kinect is good toy to buy...

I understand if u got 10kids and sitting at home wiv ur kids on benefits that will be the best toy fo kids.. But not many of use there like u..
#29
Got this the other day from very. £99 after quidco well pleased
#30
I've ordered from them before without issue,

However they've really messed up here, they took my money after a few days of ordering then when the release date came and went they said they can guarantee it 2nd week in Dec!!

not a promising result this one from Viking, got mine in the end from Asda Direct. And it's great!

still no money back from Viking though......

I went for Viking because of the price/quidco but not worth the hassle and Viking know they've messed up with this.

Be careful!!

Are you actually saying that anyone that disagrees with you and gives this positive reviews must have 10 kids and be on benefits? How mature.

It would be a nightmare to use this if you had 10 kids. They'd get in the way and Kinect would get confused as to which 2 people it is trying to track.

The mind boggles...
