I got 2 of these. Ordered both from Picstop, once last year at £13.99 and this year at £9.99 but as this is delivered free of charge, it's a good deal. Would've saved me £2.50 (P&P).

I have searched and searched for this card, the only one at that price is not a micro sd card. Have you got a product code?

on play.com the microSD and M2 cards are not listed with the rest of the flash memory, they are under mobiles>accessory's>battery's and memory.

a bit topsy turvy.

I ordered 2 of the Sandisk from Play last week, for my 2 R4DS's. They shipped yesterday :)
Was waiting for the 4gb to come back in stock, but read that SDHC would not work in the R4DS?

Why are the Kingstons better? Are they faster?
I always thought that Sandisk was regarded as a better make than Kingston??

kingston Card can play Games that the Sandisk Cant

for Example:

If you try to Play Castlevania: portarit of Ruins on a Sandisk it will Crash where if you Tried a Kingston it will play no problems

they are also Faster

Strange!! Do you know why that is?
Thanks.

Because Kingston cards that are made in Japan are actually Toshiba cards rebranded. Toshiba are THE premium make for MicroSD, and far faster than anyone else. Sandisk MicroSD cards are merely average speed. Sandisk Memory Stick Pro Duo's are some of the fastest available however.

Kingston are considered a "better" brand - but it all depends on the individual product rather than brand (as with everything).

Who makes reliable CF cards? They seem expensive to me, don't want to spend my hard earned, and save my photos, on a dodgy make.

Lets just say:
Sandisk read speed is 8.8meg a sec
Kingston (japan) read speed is 20meg a sec

Which show Kingston (japan) is faster, that means no lags or freezes in game, especially in Castlevania: portarit of Ruins.

Only Kingston Japan is faster speed. Any other Kingston China or Taiwan speed is slow, like all Sandisk.

just a quick addition

Quidco are offering 12.5% on purchases from memory bits

if you were to buy the same 2GB Kingston (inc Adapter) through memorybits http://www.memorybits.co.uk/categories/micro-sd--transflash/755
it will cost you £11.05 after quidco.

(this is for those who might miss out on the w2w deal)

BTW
i thought this deal was really cool as it means the same microSD memory card can be used in my camera which uses a SD, saves me buying different memory cards for different technologies eg: mobile/camera/camcorder/DS etc
