yeah it is laptop memory, but be sure that it is compatible with your laptop, because there's so many different types

Technically nothing - order the cheaper one. Or do what I did and jump on ebay and pick up one for £22.50.

No, been loads of deals today with no price, it's annoying having to click each to see the price, especially when on a phone.

The majority of the sticks I found where about £32 - however I found a stick of Samsung on a BIN for 22.50 and snapped it up.
