Just bought a new UL30 so am going to try and put this in.
I thought the Patriot was cheap but some bad re views.
Has anyone put this specifically in a Netbook and is it OK?
(UL30 has Win7 64bit).

Still a good deal was 79.99 last week also worth pointing out this is the 3rd time this deal has been posted in a month due to mods failing to unexpire other threads.

I thought I had seen it somewhere .. did a search and nothing .. the search engine is very strange :-(

Aha found using Advanced search "64GB AND SSD" ..

Anyone used this in the Asus UL30 ?

how do these compare to the latest intel models (x-25m?)

Intel ones are old now, the new ones are called Sand-force, like the one below.
I have this drive and it v quick, 250mbs read/90mbs write. This is a good price for one, but if you don't need the extra 24gb i would suggest Sand force one below.

Btw, don't buy the patriot. this drive is much better.
