Cheaper here if you have Amazon Prime or an order of over £15.
Voted hot nevertheless. ;-)

For the Amazon one by gus77:

Buy the 8GB & 4GB together for 17.31 (So the 4 GB one works out at 4.23)

Thanks gus77 :)

DVD postage charge is for the first item and further buys reduce it significantly. Amended the title to reflect this :)

Kingstons are ok but I don't like the lid bit as it can get lost, I prefer the ScanDisks with their sliding USB connectors.

bought from Amazon :)

key ring attachment part is very brittle - buyer beware. i got one, it broke very quickly, kingston weren't interested. ended up going for deal extreme stuff insted which is so small it just fits in my wallet and is still going strong.

Any idea what the transfer speeds are on this thing?

I have two of these, a 2gb and a 4gb, both work great and are of good construction. 8Gb for this price is great.
#13
these are one of the better designed pen drives. speedwise, not too bad either. i can recommend them.
#14
I paid about that price for my 4gb one.

Great price, however you don't get a discount on postage if you buy more than one. I've just bought 2 of these and was charged £1.99 postage on both items. Still, that didn't stop me from buying as it seems these flash drives are very good and at this price, you can't go wrong. There are some favourable user reviews available on ebuyer for the 4GB version of this drive. I imagine the 8GB would offer similar performance/reliability. You can read the reviews at the following link............. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/123442/show_product_reviews

I buy many usb flash drives, my experiences...

Will never buy from DVD.CO.UK again, had problems with one DOA and could not get in touch with DVD.CO.UK at all. I buy from mymemory.co.uk now, excellent customer service, contactable easily on the phone. An item did not arrive, they sent a replacement without question.

I used to buy a mixture of Sandisk & Kingston, Sandisk was a nightmare returning, had to speak to some American support centre which took 2 weeks plus to authorise an RMA (many phone calls), I then had to send it special delivery to czech republic, after a month from sending it, I gave up on it...a replacement arrived a further two weeks later.

Kingston took the DOA one from DVD.CO.UK after I explained I could not contact them, I sent it back RMA and received a replacement within a week.

Lessons learnt by me, I only buy Kingston from My Memory....happy days!

Same here. Do NOT even attempt to put on a keyring as it snaps within hours. I had three before getting a refund as not fit for purpose.
