my RAM is running at 2.275v hasn't blown up yet and I've been playing ARMA 2 on high settings.
It is not poor quality.

he is right you are better off paying a little bit more for performance but to honest its only perhaps a slight difference and it is only substancial for those who are gaming i suppose

if you got money for i5, £5 up or down for ram should not matter anyway.
if, by i5 you mean 3570K, then get something else/wait for something else.

I own the HyperX T1. Got it mainly because Tom's Hardware Award 2011 voted it the best memory and it set the DDR3 World Speed Record with a clock frequency of 3467MHz.
But on paper the specs seem the same. The only thing that is noticeably different is the larger heat sinks.
