Out of curiosity, I'm running a Dell Dimension e520 on 2gb of ram. How easy is it to upgrade the ram in PCs? I've never done it before. Cheers.

very easy, its a 5 minute job, download this crucial memory scanner http://www.crucial.com/uk/systemscanner/?click=true
this will tell you the type of memory you have and will suggest the correct configuration for you. From there onwards if you open the side panel of your pc and look down onto the motherboard you will see the ram sticks clipped into the motherboard, just undo the clips either side of the memory stick ,pull the old ram out, slot the new stick in and clip it down.

It wouldn't work in a Dell E520 either. That has a socket 775 motherboard so you'd need DDR2 memory...

Great price for 4gb of branded ddr3, hot!

I wouldn't say the kingston brand is a strong draw to pick these over other similar ram. I'd also rather get a 4gb module for similar money, then you have more free slots for any future upgrades.
