No it won't. The pins are 200 on asus 1001ha while it's 204 on this one.
Checkout this or google asus 1001ha memory upgrade.

I hate it when every vendor makes hardware with funny specs.

I've got the same machine, but this memory speed is 1333MHz vs 1066 MHz recommended by Apple. I think it will work, but you shouldn't run 2 RAMs with 2 different speed.

No, I don't think so. The Revo takes 200pin DDR2 memory.

http://crucial.com/uk is a good place to check memory compatability

Hi mate, thanks for the reply,

I understand about the ram speeds, but if I replace the pair and upgrade to 4gb, will these not work at 1066Mhz or are they not backward compatible?

Thanks

Can you (or anyone else) explain why? I just assumed it would work but run at the lower speed with no harm done. I'm interested since I have a PC3-8500 stick and was wondering if I can run this PC3-10600 stick in parallel. Thanks.

great price given that the price of memory went up like a scuba diver's fart in the last few months

It will run fine, the faster speed RAM will run at a lower speed, but generally you are recommended to have pairs of RAM the same so that you get the best out of it in a dual channel configuration. So you could buy this, install it fine with your current RAM, but for best performance, you want to really replace both sticks with the same RAM so that the memory controller gets the same info from both sticks.

I got this for my asus ion 2 htpc and it didnt work. PC wouldnt boot so I would avoid this if you an asus device.

In theory they should work fine, but practise is often a little different from theory! The latency on this is slower than the Crucial-recommended RAM, which is CL7 -vs- CL9 of this stuff. So it might not perform as well, but it may work.

How are play.com for returns?

I'm very tempted by this myself for my macbook, as 2GB just doesn't cut it on OSX.

Can anyone tell me if this will work in a HP - Compaq HP Mini 210-1165SA Netbook?

I don't have the device with me so am unable to use Crucial's memory checking tool.

Thanks in advance.

I took a peek using the search drop-downs although didn't know if the Crucial RAM was the same spec' as the Kingston.

Both 2GB of DDR3 204 pin SODIMM although that still doesn't tell me if the Kingston stick is compatible with my netbook.

I won't be able to have two of anything as the netbook only has 1 port.

Thanks

Ace. Either way, I bought the RAM and if it doesn't work then I'll stick it in something else.

Thanks

Just ordered for my MBP, found a few sites with the help of Google with people saying that this RAM worked fine in their 09 MBP's, can always just return or sell on if it doesn't work.
