thats from distribution ;) ex vat!
Another option is compatible memory from - It's normally £20.69, but then you can utilise the 7% Quidco discount making it £19.44 delivered (there's also 4% from MyMemory by the way).

For the person asking about memory on the Asus 904HD, it uses 200pin DDR2 PC2-5300 SODIMM memory, so the memory listed ought to be compatible as well.

I would not risk it with the asus 904 although memory slows down to the speed of the motherboard this is not allways reliable or stable
I picked up a 2GB SoDIMM from Play a few weeks back for £15.49 delivered (plus quidco).

Kingston KVR667D2S5/2G ValueRAM / 2GB / 667MHz / PC5300 DDR2 / 200pin SODIMM

Currently £17.99
The Samsung NC10 supports DDR2 SODIMM 667mhz Ram. It should be noted that 800mhz Ram will work but it is not recommended by Samsung and will actually be under clocked down to 667mhz anyway due to the hardware specification.

for more info:

£15.99 delivered from Play for same specs but PNY instead of Kingston. Add in RAC / UCAS discount takes it down to £15.19, then add QuidCo for a further 8p back to give you £15.11 delivered (aka a £4.82 saving on this deal).
How would I be able to tell if this would work on my pc?

I find the Crucial memory configurator useful in that regard. You can either enter the make and model of your pc directly, or you can use the system scanner tool which will then give you an idea of the type of memory that will be compatible.
