I'd rather spend an extra fiver getting the Sandisk Extreme TBH.

Unless of course you got a older SATA 3Gb/s laptop or PC then it will do just fine.

TBH - It doesn't seem a *great* deal at £55 given better SSD's have been cheaper.
There may be better SSDs out there, but you'll still get great performance from this - I don't regret the £70 it cost me, so at £55 it's a steal.

That's the V200 the V200+ is a different drive etc. It's based on the modern sandforce controller not the one you linked. As such the performance is (more or less) the same as the sandisk.
Edit: My mistake I think that is the V+ review.
