Seems like a good deal for a 120GB SSD.

Decent reviews.

Hey all, do you think its worth getting it at this price?

I'd rather spend an extra fiver getting the Sandisk Extreme TBH.

Looking at the benchmarks here:

Un
less of course you got a older SATA 3Gb/s laptop or PC then it will do just fine.

Ok. Now tell me how to transfer my data from my laptops HDD (with backup) partition to this SSD ...

I was hoping for £49.99 in which case I'd have gone for it.

TBH - It doesn't seem a *great* deal at £55 given better SSD's have been cheaper.

Good thing with this is that i will get this tomorrow before 11.00 am.

Paid £69.99 for one of these back in May, had it in my desktop until I got a slightly better one (with synchronous memory) and so now this one is in my laptop.
There may be better SSDs out there, but you'll still get great performance from this - I don't regret the £70 it cost me, so at £55 it's a steal.

Also paid £70 back in June, its worked perfectly on my x61s so well worth £55!

That's the V200 the V200+ is a different drive etc. It's based on the modern sandforce controller not the one you linked. As such the performance is (more or less) the same as the sandisk.

Edit: My mistake I think that is the V+ review.

Thanks ordered one.

Please unexpire this deal. Still 3 hours 45 minutes left with plenty remaining. Suspect the deal has been expired by someone who doesn't know how Amazon Lightning deals work or simply doesn't like this product.
