They look great and really suit Ultrabook type laptops or MacBook's nicely well, should how something look bother you.

The 7 day rule does not apply to faulty goods. Your contract is with the seller NOT the manufacturer.
What utter rubbish
only had mine a fews weeks and the bit you stick in the pc is full of dirt from me pocket
How come the Amazon reviews are a bit mixed?
"The Read/write speeds for it aren't in the specifications which I found strange. I did a test with crystalmark and it gets about 17 MB/s, still a good speed"
"the writing speed is about 4MB/s"
Also this looks the same product and equally mixed reviews:
"I tested this drive on two different computers using H2TestWv1.4 and achieved write speeds of 3.5mb/s to 4.1mb/s; read speeds were consistently 15.1mb/s"
"speeds turned out to be (with a crystalmark test) 17 MB/s"

I didn't use CDM, but first watched the Windows 7 copy process and saw 16MB/s - then timed it and the numbers tally up.
I just tried CDM on my WHS machine, got some pretty low results in line with the Amazon results.
Tried it again on a Mac and 16MB/s write and 19MB/s read using Black Magic desk bench tool.
Nice looking drive, pity about the piece of garbage next to it.
i've never had any problems from mymemory.
if i wanted to buy another drive, i'd have no hesitation about buying from them again, even if they were 13p more expensive. what exactly would i be able to buy with the 13p that i would have saved, i wonder? (_;)
to be honest, there seem to be so many similarly priced deals for this drive at the moment, you have to wonder if they are 'deals', or has this become the normal price for them.
A 10p bag of mixed sweets??? oO
