He means when buying 4 :)
#14
In all the excitement I forgot, heat and rep left for you Bertt :)
#15
Are these sold direct through Amazon, or is it through an independent seller on their? Because I do worry about the authenticity of flash memory based products, what with the amount of fake ones sold on ebay.

Strangely still in stock with Amazon if you look carefully - they are no longer shown as the principal seller. I should be quick if you are interested...

That's a marketplace seller. Not offered at all by Amazon. Praying they don't cancel my order :giggle:
#23
Now finished - odd that they appeared for a few minutes in the ancillary listing. One company has them available for £99 though (+ delivery)...

Did everyone else get the email from amazon this morning?

Went somet like

Dear Customer,
Because you have been a loyal Amazon.co.uk customer, we are enclosing a gift certificate code for you to use and four additional gift certificate codes to pass on to your friends and family.

Each gift certificate code is for GBP 5.00 off a minimum purchase of GBP 20.00 of items from any Amazon.co.uk shop.
They are valid until 11th March 2007.

There is a limit of one gift certificate code per customer.
Once a code has been used by a customer, it cannot be used again by another customer.

The first 4 people to PM can be counted as my friend! (awwww)

Well done for taking advantage of this offer - on another thread you would have been chastised by some for being greedy which is a shame really. This is a fab price and we SHOULD be taking advantage of it.
#36
I only ordered 4 as i had the £5 discount of £20 spend, also delivery is free!
This things are VERY handy

To the people that managed to get a voucher from me, i just noticed on my invoice from amazon the voucher is used before VAT is applied. (Ie 4 2GB sticks cost me £14.60!)

Wait until next week... they like to milk us by ratcheting up the capacity/price/speed combination on a planned basis. Rechargeable batteries are another example - batteries sold for integration into finished products stay the same for years, but the retail trade has a new offer every month...
#38
Thanks a million - just ordered a couple of these and some books for my baby to make the order up - yes I KNOW it's a great deal, but still £20 more than I had planned on spending this evening lol!!!!! - just can't resist a bargain though!
#39
Sweet! I was looking for the 1GB yesterday to buy for my dad but they were only available from pikey traders.

There are over 1000 in stock, so why not grab up a good stock of them. The extras will be given to family and friends at cost price :)
