I bought this 3 years ago and my daughter loves getting it out with all the decorations, we put it on display on our top shelf until xmas eve and then bring it down for santa, makes it all very magical for her.

..I'd like my daughter to live in the real world of not being fed BS from dubious money & guilt led faiths with their own aganda, so that means not lying to her about junk like santa, I explain as much as she will take in, she's far from cynical (thankfully) & will ask how things work rather than say they're magic when questioned about something, ..one of Darwin's lifelong regrets as an old man was in a similar manner when asked by a child how a plant worked, he'd used a "magic" reference to explain it away to the kid.
Don't assume it's a boot camp in my house, we have alot of fun, I do have to question though why a large populace of non faith believers constantly go for all the christian based festivals with such gusto, but mainly greed.
& why is it a month long celebration of one day? ..getting into the xmas spirit & all that?

Hope you explain that Christmas should not be celebrated in December but probably in April and is only a Christian rework of a pagan festival. Explaining she is not a pagan and will not be getting any presents certainly wiped the smile off my kids faces:santa:
