These have been posted in the past and seem to come and go. The Blue and Cream are out of stock but the black are now back in stock. Get and extra 10% off if you order 2 or more, other items can be combined for the discount.

Not DAB+ but for less than £20 they are good enough for kitchens etc.

KitSound Jive DAB Radio Black

Introducing the KitSound™ Jive

With its rounded edges, speaker grille and extendable aerial, the retro design of our DAB / FM radio is a tribute to rock and roll music.

More Music

As well as being able to listen to regular FM radio stations, the Jive is a DAB radio, so you can also listen to digital stations too, giving you a wider choice of channels and more music. Because of the way DAB technology works, broadcasters can transmit more stations than ever before. With the KS Jive you can tune into a variety of different music 24 hours a day.

Better Sound, Easy to Use

Because it picks up a digital broadcast signal, there's less hiss, crackle and fade, meaning music will sound even better. What's more you don't need to worry about remembering wavelengths and frequencies or fine tuning a station to get the best reception - simply choose name of the station from the Jive's easy-to-read digital display, which even gives the track titles and artist names too.

Retro Design

In honour of the innovative era of rock and roll, our KS Jive not only looks the part, but it sounds good too.

Other Features

As well as also having an adjustable carry handle, the KS Jive features a multi-function control panel with a sleep/snooze option, quick scan button and you have the option to connect it to the mains or use batteries.

The KitSound Jive

If it weren't for the likes of Elvis, Buddy Holly and Chuck Berry giving young people a sense of identity and freedom by bringing rock and roll to the juke boxes of those 1950s diners, music today would sound completely different. Relive those days with the KitSound Jive.

About KitSound
We are craftspeople. We are musicians. We are KitSound™ and we all commit ourselves to achieving one shared goal: Bringing people closer to their music. By understanding music we stay true to its craft. Pure, rich, incredible sound. We settle for nothing less.

Wow, someone just bought 100!

Be careful. This ebay seller has some negative reviews. I wouldn't trust that this is genuine myself.

Good radio, like the looks & the sound quality isn't too bad either. One drawback is that there is an isolator switch on the rear that sits proud of the rear surface. This means you can't lay the radio flat on its back & have the speakers pointing upwards. Only minor niggle but good value for money none the less.

Your choice of course :)

I'm not sure what you mean regarding your concerns about it not being "genuine" though...?

I have bought from the Vodafone eBay outlet in the past. On one occasions we bought two digital bed side clocks with dual alarms. After several months use my alarm "lost" the ability to display certain parts of its digits on the display. I contacted Voda and they refunded me in full with no issues.
It does surprise me when I also note Argos eBay outlet and the number of negative feedbacks that they have also had. Again I have had nothing but excellent service from them when I have need help and support or returns.

Maybe I'm just lucky but others have their own expectations and experiences etc which can be very different from my own.

Are you saying Vodafone aren't genuine or the radio? Is this an assumption or can you provide proof?

Rotten seller though, ordered one beginning of December, never arrived by Christmas so had to open a case to get a refund. It wan't just lost by a courier or something it was simply never dispatched.

Wow, someone just bought 100!

Correction "Wow, Some absolute greedy Douchebag just bought 100!" excellent deal though, as have the cream versions and the sound + functionality are excellent.

Hi guys. I want to go for this but am always wary of too good to be true.

It's £60-£100 everywhere else.

Is this a new one £20 or refurb? Am I missing something?

Cheers

AFAIAA the vodafone Ebay Outlet is actually run by the company behind Kitsound so not quite sure why they would send you a copy of their own product!

My experience over multiple orders have been very good - the only time delivery was delayed was when they reduced lots of Kitsound stuff just before Xmas and got too many orders they could handle. Still got my stuff before Xmas though.

These radios look fantastic and sound very good too. At 20 quid they are almost giving them away.

The 3 I ordered at Xmas for 20 quid each were most definitely brand new. The company you are effectively buying from here (Kondor) are the people behind Kitsound.

It'a actually NOT Vodafone, if you check out my earlier posts! The company that run the store, take the money and dispatch the products is Kondor Ltd, based in Dorset and the company behind kitsound. Do your research lol.

99.4% Positive Feedback - it's not bad
I ordered a similar one last year from this company - came very quickly and I can not complain - although the radio does have to have the aerial up to receive and I don't get the best reception as I am in the country!

Give it another 10 minutes from now, and someone else will also go for 500 of these too no doubt?, lol

And how much did it cost? And I wasn't just talking about this radio, there often many Kitsound bargains on the store from time to time. Kitsound stuff is very good quality (even more so at these prices) and I'm assuming you haven't had any experience of their products? Just saw Vodafone and went on a rant lol...

I don't know where people get the idea that kitsound is good quality, presumably going by the vastly inflated 'normal' price. They are no better than supermarket £20 radios.

Kitsound just rebadge cheap chinese stuff .

I bought a Blue-tooth Kitsound speaker from here about a month ago. Can't fault it, nor the service (it arrived next day and postage was free).

Also this radio is on sale for £55 at Tesco Direct so the £20 here is a very good price.

Slight inaccuracy. I believe they design the stuff and have it made in China. You know, a bit like most electronics companies in the world, including Apple? Anyone who has one of these radios will I'm sure say it is very very good value at 20 notes...

Good value yes and at £20 you cannot go wrong but they do not design all the stuff as i have a dab radio branded auna and found the same with a kitsound badge also a august and some other names i cannot remember.

I encourage people here to complain to Kondor about the users who ordered 100 radios each, clearly trying to profit from this at the expense of people who need an affordable radio.

Cannot see anything wrong with it really people need to make a living and if this is one way of making a living then good luck to them it's not illegal and the seller was ok with it.

If the seller is okay with it then fine. I don't think it paints Vodafone in a good light to be tolerating this though. Just my opinion.

I have several Kitsound units throughout my home being DAB radios and bluetooth speakers. Each one well worth what I paid for them through the Vodafone store. I view none as 'junk'.
