An exclusive collaboration between Klipsch and Amazon- introducing the Klipsch Image X1. Cheaper than a standard concert ticket, Image X1 in-ear headphones let you go live on stage with your favorite artists anytime, anywhere. Plus, theyre so comfortable youll never get tired of wearing them. These extremely affordable, high-performance earphones go above and beyond what youd expect from the stock earbuds that come with your MP3 player or music phone. In fact, youll find Klipsch headphones are far superior to other brandsdelivering unequaled comfort, noise isolation, musical accuracy and bass. Furthermore, Klipsch has managed to take its decades of research and development experience to value engineer the Image X1, while staying true to its audiophile heritage
Made just for you, the Image X1s exclusive soft and flexible oval ear tips naturally fit the contours of your ear canals, providing comfortable long-term wear as well as producing a perfect acoustic seal. A good seal minimizes outside noise, also known as noise isolation, and allows you to enjoy your music at lower, safer volumes. These headphones come with three different sizes of washable ear tips: small, medium and large single flange designs. So light and narrow, they are almost impossible to feel inside your ears

At the heart of every Klipsch product is over 60 years of audio expertise beating strong. Our commitment to no-compromise performance has made us the preferred choice of top cinema operators, a leader in stereo and home theater sound and now a premium name in headphones. The Image X1 delivers strikingly realistic sound through the use of a single, moving coil driver (or mini speaker) per channel. These drivers cover a wide frequency range with dynamic detail. From heart-pounding bass to spine-tingling guitar riffs, you wont miss a beat. Available in a beautiful piano black finish, the Image X1 makes quite a fashion statement. It carries a two-year warranty and works with the iPod, iPhone and other portable devices that feature a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.

These were at this price a couple of months ago but have fluctuated between £24.99 and £23.49 since. I bought a pair for £23.49 last week but I just noticed today that they've dropped back down to £19.99.
I think these sound better than my CX300's, bass is less muddy and the mids and highs a bit more detailed. But it's essential to fit the right size ear tips and burn them in for a decent sound, they sound poor if you don't get a decent in-ear seal.
Remember this is the S2 model, repackaged for Amazon. The cheapest I could find the S2's anywhere else was well over £30.

Blimey... Just how deep into your lugs do these beggars dig? They look huge... In length anyway.

A mate of mine had a set of the same brand and swears by them, so I'd guess that they're decent.
Bought a set of these from amazon in November 2009 at this price. Best sounding earphones that I have had and comfortable to wear.

These sound good - if you can get the right fit. I've tried lots of different in-ear phones over the years and the Klipsch ones are the only ones I haven't managed to get a decent reliable fit with. They need to go pretty deep into the ear to get a good fit or you won't get any bass at all. That can be achieved if you are still, though it's pretty uncomfortable, but as soon as you move about the seal breaks. I found myself constantly pressing them back into the ear if I was on the move.

They are a step up from CX300/CX500, but simply not worth it for the hassle and discomfort, based on my experience.
cold from me, my bro got one, it sticks out like a sore foot by it's length worse still the build makes the wire point outward, just uncomfortable, unecessary when you think of it, awkward and to my hearing not a patch on my Sennheiser CX 300-2's,

somepeople are gonna rave about it's quality but closely priced Sennheiser's are just as good and in my opinion better
Great sound even at double the price!!! I have a more expensive pair and they sound amazing with all genres of music
The reviews say it all

The only thing i would say is to take time to find which ear jellys suit your ear for a good snug fit but still excellent value:thumbsup:

Can't agree more with that. But for the price they are a good set of headphones. I had a pair of Creative Zen Aurvana before I lost them and I'd say they were almost as good but without the quality polish of a higher end set.
I had a set of these and found them pretty good, certainly better than some sennheisers cx300's i had.Recently passed my x1's on to a friend as im finding some sony mdr-ex85lp monitor are better with my iphone.
Voted hot.Btw these phones are the same as klipsch image s2's which sell double the price.
Tempted, but they do seem to stick out a lot. I need a new set, and its between these and the CX300s at the min.
Now down to £17.99.
Ordered, thanks...amazons one click to buy service is handy but deadly. Just went on to look and ended up buying. Good price. Cheers
