Knowing: Nicolas Cage (National Treasure: Book of Secrets, Leaving Las Vegas) stars in a gripping action-thriller of global proportions about a professor who stumbles on terrifying predictions about the future and sets out to prevent them from coming true. Rose Byrne ("Damages", Troy), Chandler Canterbury ( The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) and Lara Robinson ("Saved") also star in this riveting feature from director Alex Proyas' (I, Robot ).

District 9: From producer Peter Jackson and director Neill Blomkamp comes a stunningly original sci-fi thriller, throwing viewers headlong into an escalating conflict between alien refugees and Johannesburg locals. Only one man, hunted and hounded, will come to understand what it truly means to be an outsider.

Moon: Sam Bell (Sam Rockwell) is just two weeks away from finishing a lengthy, lonely contract mining Earth's primary source of energy, Helium-3, on the dark side of the moon. Thanks to a glitch in the communications satellite, Sam's only companion on this trip is Gerty (voiced by Kevin Spacey), the base's unsophisticated computer, and the odd recorded message sent from home. As his contract nears termination, Sam starts suffering from crippling headaches and vivid hallucinations, which lead to a near-fatal accident in a lunar rover. But while he's recovering back at the base, he makes a shocking discovery: a younger version of himself has arrived to fulfil the same contract Sam started all that time ago. Is the second Sam just another hallucination or something altogether more sinister?

Been wondering when this would show up online; saw it in Sainsbury's for £9.99 a few weeks back. "Knowing" detracts from the set's value, IMHO... :-)

Voted hot solely for Moon and District 9.

It's still worth it just for them.

Lets face it, it would need to be. It's probably the only way of selling Knowing.

I quite liked Knowing. It's not a patch on the other two films in the pack but it's OK as a 'watch-once'.

Moon and District 9 are solid movies.

shame about knowing
the other two are ace

'Knowing' makes this a cold deal...as in effect you paying for two decent movies (Moon, in particular) and one rancid dog turrd of a movie

Great price, for 3 good films.
I understand the "hate" for Knowing, but I enjoyed it. The ending was disappointing, but I don't let that detract from the enjoyment I got from the first hour and a half or so - which had some great disaster scenes.
If you're going to criticise it's just as easy to say Moon was completely predictable or District 9 was just another apartheid movie. Both fair points, but they were still very enjoyable films. IMHO.

Nice deal. I bought Knowing in Asda for £3 and really wish I hadn't. Annoyingly, not only was it a dreadful film (but not entirely unwatchable) but as I already have it it stops me getting this deal!

Saw this in Asda for £9 the other day and thought that was a good price so this is hot. I went to see Knowing at the pics with Mrs Yaffle and we both enjoyed it - I don't know why so many people **** it off, it was entertaining escapism for 90 minutes!

I watched Knowing on the weekend. What a mess of a film. It was a boring mess too and the last 20 minutes was unbelievable.

The other two films are amongst the best released during that year. I'm still waiting for a cheap blu-ray offer on D9.
