Really ****** batteries but very cheap. Ordered last time they had this deal on. You'd think kodak would be good. Still worth buying though.

Bought these last time round. Excellent batteries. Use them all the time in my 360 Controllers! Up there with big brands. Need some more as son's Smartville collection will need batteries soon. Anything is better than the Poundland batteries which are Zinc!

You can get 48 Philips Alkaline AAs in Argos for £7.99 if you prefer to get them now instead of being delivered.

KODAK Batteries are state-of-the-art,

NO theyre not !!

state of the art means as good as currently possible, and these are about 1/4 life of duracells..

state of the art ?

I got them the last time as well (from MX2) I thought that they where a very good lasting battery for the price of very cheap nasty ones!

Packs of Kodak batteries (12) are only a pound at.......wait for it..... poundland.

By the way, is it only me that likes to go into Poundland and while away sometime asking the assistants how much things are?

Are they Zinc or Alkaline batteries? If Alkaline then very cheap but last time I went in, they were Zinc. Not even close to these im afraid...

Depends entirely how you use them whether the extra spend is worthwhile. Zinc are perfectly adequate for many applications. Alkaline is best for heavy prolonged use, but you can buy twice as many Zinc for the same price.

Does anybody have any recommendation between these and these:

Same price really.

Looking to use on a digital camera.

If you've got a 'Home Bargains' shop near you (part of T J Hughes) I just got a pack of 24 energiser batteries for £2.99 (rec retail 9.99) - dated use by 2015 these are a bargain- For someone like me who takes lots of photo's 'OCCASIONALLY' I find rechargables are never charged when I need them

they changed the price to £4.99 now
