These are ideal to be used for anyone with an ache,strain,sprain or injury of any kind. This price is one to take advantage of seeing as they were previously over £5 each.

Multipurpose instant hot pack, provides gentle soothing relief for muscle sprains, backache and neck ache. Helps speed up recovery time due to injury.

* Single use disposable packs.
* No cross infection.
* Do not heat up the pack.
* Allow skin to return to normal temperature between heat treatments.
* Cover pack with cloth before use.

Would be great for anyone to have in case of an injury or who has one now.

Just put it on the area thats aching. Just like an ice pack but the opposite temperature ;-)

They work especially good if you have a stiff neck, from my experiences of using them.

Have also found some medical tape to strap up the part of your body for a bit of support whilst playing.

Yeh, but it says not to heat them and they cant be constantly hot, are they activated by bending/cracking them like other pads?

Yep. Not sure how, exactly, but they're NOT reusable.
I went for the reusable packs as they're only £2.50

we have these in school only in the cool version. Basically just give it a punch and something inside it bursts, fuelling an endothermic chemical reaction that makes it cold.... or something like that
