nice price for 24 fatties mmm

It's yum yum.

Cracking deal, especially as it's from Tesco.

Shame they're only available in selected stores, but definitely worth travelling to a Tesco store that stocks them to pick up this HOT deal.
#4
Great deal but how long do these keep for?

Not long in my house - they get eaten on the day of purchase...

Yeah, in my house i would be the only person eating them, so they would probably go stale before i could finish them.

A great deal for the 'more rotund' reader (personally, I wouldn't dream of paying more than 10p for anything this size & made of bread dough ....and with a hole in the middle at that)

I used to work for Rank Hovis McDougall a few years back and made doughnuts in the thousands. They were tastier than these krispy cremes and were less than 10p each. Personally I think these doughnuts are way over priced and the marketing is working on a lot of people.

Just my 2p's worth.
#9
Are they actually any better than normal doughnuts.........?
#10
Are we all going to be as fat as americans?
#11
Asda's 12 for £2 are really nice - and much cheaper!

They are without a doubt that tastiest doughnuts ever, yes they are expensive but it's a real treat when you have one and there are so many to try! They give the word melt in your mouth a whole new meaning :D Gotta have one!

How much are they each? Every time i've been to Manc (the only time ive actually seen one of the shops) I keep meaning to get one...but i'd probably go 'howwwwww much' and stroll out!

I can't help but think that people excited about buying 24 doughnuts for £12 might need to get a hobby or something :-)
#16
Krispy Kreme original glazed are by far the best doughnuts I've ever tasted... well worth it.
Unfortunately the nearest store is 50 miles away :(

yeah and are also packaged by bare hands on the bakery desk for everyone to see, maybe thats why they are £2, yum

Someone brought a 24 box at a family party recently, and I must of eaten about 9 myself, and I had curry, rice, naan, beer etc etc at the party. It was good though, and they are delicious. But I dont think I could pay that much for doughnuts unless its my B day. And in america these sorts of doughnuts are probably like £5 for this many.

The doughnuts are good, but are people forgetting about the 12 Classic Assorted - sweet range of cream delight. Tastes amazing with a nice mug of Tea.
#21
Ban this filth from our country!! :)
#22
Even at this 'hotdeal' it's 50p a doughnut .....Mr Kreme must be snapping at Bill Gates heels nowadays.
#23
Agreed - yummy doughnuts - and they do freeze really well - hot deal!

If only we had them up north :(

I ate too many of those in Australia, now I can't stand doughnuts, eurgh. Still a good deal for those who enjoy them!

Oh and apprently they freeze well and when you zap them quickly, you can eat them nice and warm (I just gagged).

There is nothing else that even comes close to these. The glazed ones freeze really well and take 10 mins to defrost.

Just under $10 with tax for 12 over there btw
#29
In Korea they were 1000 won each (50-60p) and presumably cheaper by the dozen, Still, a hot deal compared to the usual UK price.
#30
I love the original glazed and cruller. I know you can get similar doughnuts cheaper but they are not as tasty,
#31
Just don't go turning up on the way to work without checking. I did this only to find the KK franchise doesn't open until 9am. Damn!
#32
I feel like im the only person to have never tried one :(
#33
Only recently tried , amazing but expensive

wish they had one up here
#34
Must be all those fat b*stards making this hot. Seems a rip off to me.
#35

cool, my bin will look beautiful with that sitting in. I have never got why "consumers" like so called promotional packaging 0_o (i'm guessing its because they're dumb)

At 50p a doughnut you are still getting skanked. The best thing about Krispy Kreme is the fact that i can laugh at people silly enough to buy them for 10 times what they are really worth.

Save your 2p's worth enough times and you may be able buy a nice 10p doughnut. (not as good as Krsispy Kreme though)
#37
Easy way to becoming a fatty
#38
the shop near t trafford centre are selling 12 ass(£9.75) are both for 6 glazed for £14.75 they are simply the best ever tesco are dry asda are rubbish norrison are the best from any supermarket
#39
If there was any protein in these I'd happily live off of em :D
#40
The most overrated donuts ever. Yer I would eat them but they don't taste very fresh. Any local bakery selling fresh donuts would be a much better option.
