Krispy Kreme Double dozen £14.00 @ Tesco

£14.00 @ Tesco
Went to Tesco and spotted they had an offer on Krispy Kreme. Buy an assorted dozen and Original dozen for just £14. The assorted dozen is usually £10.95 on its own :)

Got a box earlier in the year. Then shat myself after I found out that they have between 200 to 400 calories each.

That box with the filled ones has around 3500 calories or more. LOL.

They are in a cabinet in my local tesco but they must get a delivery every day as you can buy single 'donuts' as well as prepacked dozens

If finding out that made you think...find out how long it takes to burn the extra fat off... even if you eat just one

Clue...brisk walk for 30 mins...lose 200 calories ;)

I ride and run nearly every day. Cross train 4/5 times a week. Still got to watch the waistline. Too much tasty junk around oO

Edit: Point was supposed to be.. once you know how hard it is to work off, you become a bit more cautious :D

Wahey for anti-intellectualism. U 1 of dem ppl that dont give a F*** liek?

Believe it or not, it's possible to be conscientious without being overbearing. Something which I think was happening here.

Then you came along with your gutter talk. You're the odd one out as far as I can tell.
