I gotta say I prefer the original, all this foam on beer just doesnt seem right to me and it seems to take some of the bite of this drink away. Imho the best tasting lager and without the instant headache! :thumbsup:

This is my favourite lager but not with this wigdet in it i bought 4 cans sat it has lost that distinctive 1664 taste :x cold for me

great price, not very nice though. TBH i have seen these oat silly prices at a few places of late, these widget lagers/beers dont quite do it for me - much prefer the originals. :)

works out £1.14 per litre .4975p per can approx 3 pints and therefore approx 66p a pint .. i think my o level maths is okay! ;-)

1.76 litres for £1.99 works out at £1.13 per litre / 64p per pint. I'm sure the calculator on my PC is okay.

Cheers OP got some today, althogh most of the shelf was empty. Date is 31/03/09 so still about a month and a half.

Checked in HB's yesterday yesterday in Lord Street Liverpool and they were all gone, despite the price sticker still being on the shelf.
