Voted Hot for the price!

personally I would not use this carrier because no entertainment, no beer and risk of delays. the planes sound like they are about the fall apart. The JFK thing is normal as you can queue for hours just to get out of the airport ( its been like that for years )

They do not have priority gates at at JFK. As a regular global traveller for work I can tell you JFK sucks as far as bad airlines go, they are sent far away from the passport control. That means a long walk and the lines at JFK are hugggeeeeeeeee for non US passport holders. So much so that BA offers lights that stop in Shannon, Ireland where there is a US Passport control post, you then re-board then go to NYC get off the plane at an internal flights terminal and go on your way.I suspect, using this airline will be cheap but painful.

Oh come on, yes the queues at passport control can be long but I'm sure many people are willing to put up with an hours wait to save hundreds of pounds.

Passport queues are one thing, putting up with the rudest disinterested cabin crews in existence....and that's in business class...in some of the shabbiest planes flying is another. Make sure you use the loo before you go, it's a rare flight when they have more than 2 in service. Makes airlines like Biman and PIA look 5 star.

It looks like that may be the case!

If you're in a rush you can also go via Dublin and clear US passport control there. Using that tactic for a trip to the USA this year (it's also a LOT cheaper flying to dublin on a separate ticket then dublin to wherever via LHR to say LAX than LHR to LAX direct ;)
Ireland, the 53rd state of the United States of America :p

Seriously though, Dublin or Shannon to Las Vegas will be cheaper than LHR to Las Vegas?
