Buy the leapster L-max system for £59.99 and you can get 2 free l-max games (worth 19.78 each) for free.

Also toys r us have an offer on at the moment that if you spend £40 on leappad stuff you also get a free leapster tv system.

The L-max comes with a game and so does the leapster tv system. Both machines can play all leapster games (inc l-max).

I posted this info before but as it was down as an offer for the free leapster tv system and someone said the free games where not on offer it was removed. I went back into Toys R US today and checked the offer is still on. Here's proof.

I couldn't figure out how to get the image file to link

I checked today & this offer finishes on Sunday.

Even if the signage isn't out, the offer is still on the system.

So £59.99 for the L-Max...2 free games worth £39.98...& a free leapster tv worth £24.99! Bargain!

I'll be getting mine tomorrow.

Don't forget your gold card coupons if you have them!

I tried this today & you can no longer have both offers. You can only have the 2 free games OR the Leapster TV :-(

Gutted! I decided not to get either of them lol

Can they do that as neither offer says it excludes any others. (i.e. only one offer valid at any time) The floor manager and the store manager at the birstall store both looked at the offers and agreed that both deals should be honoured. They just said "yup you've spent more than £40 so you should have the tv system"

I don't think there were any restrictions on the free games offer and the free tv system simply says "the £40 must not indlude the learning system" which means you can't buy the tv system for 25 and add a game for 20 and expect to get the system for free.

I did say that but they weren't having any of it! As far as they were concerned it was one or the other. In the end, I gave up!

One was not amused :x

Well after you posted that picture I decided to try again at Medway so off I went on Friday morning and the girl on the till said when she totalled it up (84.99) "That's not right, it should be £59.99" . So she called her manager who went off looking for the signage , which there was none , and then came back and agreed with the young girl that it was a glitch on the system and she deducted the difference to make the total £59.99 ! :w00t:

So thank you very much for posting the picture as when the manager first came over she said no but after I challenged her about the Leeds store she backed down after looking at the stock !
