Will this work with my xbox 360? (for media not save games obviously)
#9
Great price but the Verbatim 250GB one is a better deal :)

PS. You may like to consider re-wording the deal listing subject from:

"La Cie 160gb External Hard drive £19 down from £49.98!"

to something less ambiguous, like:

"La Cie 160GB External Hard £19 at Asda Direct"

I had to open the thread to understand if the price was originally £68.98 & had dropped £19 to £49.98, or whether it was £19 now.

If I am not alone in that thought this may be stopping members visiting the deal listing & offering "heat" as appropriate.

BFN,

fp.

Depends what size you are looking for though, gb for £ the 1.5TB deal is actually the best but not everyone is looking for a large capacity drive.

Personally I'd rather have 4 or 5 smaller ones than risk everything on 1 huge one.
#13

You only need a 5V power supply if you want to use it with a device that doesn't supply enough power through USB. Computers/Consoles don't need one, some DVD players etc do.

Any word on whether these are available at this price in store yet?

My local Asda definitely stocks LaCie drives.
