ABOUT THIS WINE: This lively, fruity red comes from the warm vineyards of Spain's large central plain, La Mancha. It is made from 100% Shiraz, a variety currently enjoying huge popularity and acclaim around the world. The wine has not been aged in oak and simply displays the ripe, soft, fruity side of the Shiraz grape. The winemaker was Juan Jose. Marchante.

SERVING: Serve at room temperature. This is a versatile and easy-going wine for enjoying on its own or with ham, sausages or spare ribs. Try it with a tomato-based pasta sauce as well.
