Am not voting either way but just warning that tesco ent take money before dispatch (certainly used to anyway) and are also useless when it comes to honouring prices especially where codes are involved.

2 cracking game that i'm looking forward to, pretty decent price so have some heat!
#3
Heat added. With Staff discount that's knocked it down to £28.58 for LA Noire

Tesco make a ghost payment when you place the order. The money is then refunded to your account a few days later. I agree it's a hassle, nearly sent me overdrawn once.

i never realised that i certainly never knew they did that so it has probably changed. but if its cheapest who cares when they take the money tbh.

im tempted to cancel my order with zavvi except it has a bonus case there.

got all the way to payment and 3D secure code page isnt working!!! annoying!

Ordered 2 days ago at the 10% discount... have cancelled and will reorder lol. BTW they didnt take any money from my account.

Seems like a good deal to me, especially if you get 8% Quidco cashback as well, but the code might invalidate the cashback.

Tesco Entertainment have never taken money from me before despatch. They have also always honoured any discount code I used. They even gave me 20% off my Bulletstorm pre order without me asking, because it was relased when their 20% off entertainment promo was running. This was despite me already using the 20% off promo code on another order. I did have had to chase them about missing bonus Clubcard points, but I was also using a £10 off code so perhaps a bit cheeky on my part.

They did once send me an XBox version of Split Second when I had ordered the PS3 version, but overall they have been good.

Tesco Direct on the the other hand have always charged my card at the time of ordering, even for pre orders.

Heat added, and you may want to point out this code works for La Noire AND Deus Ex: Human Revoloution. Nice price for two of the years most anticipated games. Don't forget quidco! 8% means that each of these bad boys cost only £29. Ordered both, cheers!
#10
Also, anyone know if Tesco send out items in the same order seperately? Ordered both of these in one order, but not sure if they'll wait until Deus Ex's release date (August) to send out LA Noire. I highly doubt it, as I have never heard of any company doing that but then again, Tesco is an evil facist empire, and they'd probably love to save on the 98p postage.

Great deal, pre-ordered LA Noire. I'm still on the fence about Deus Ex but a cracking price for both nontheless!
#12
Does anyone know how i can cancel my one with Sainsburys? My username and pass dont work and the "forgotten password" emails never come, yet i have registration and order confirm emails from when i pre-ordered?! lol thanks, hot deal

That happened to me too. If youre using IE9, go to Tools and then Compatability View. That worked for me.

Good deal for both these games if Tesco honour the code. Heat added.
#14
Great deal! Just ordered both. Can't wait for Deus Ex!
#15
Nice one, I've got £9 in Club Card vouchers to be used, which will make a game under £23. Which one to go for though?! They could both be amazing or a huge let-down?!
#16
The PS3 version of L.A Noir will have exclusive content for those of you that have both systems Source

Quidco tracked at £5.08 for me for both games. Even hotter.

I don't think you can pay with Clubcard vouchers on the entertainment site.

I was wondering why it was giving me a bank card error the other day (didn't have enough at the time). Ordered L.A. Noire and they took the money out, so hopefully refund it back in the next few days as you said. Can't remember if they did it with my Halo reach pre-order.

I would hope they will be dispatched either today or tomorrow

Just checked now 5am, and the status now says dispatched, must have been yesterday. Fingers crossed now that it will get here before the weekend!

My one dispatched as well. My RDR came on the release date so I wouldn't expect this to arrive tomorrow.
