As based in far east i'm not sure they are as strict over there in terms of 'Passing Off'. Hence all the iPod and iPhone copies they make and sell.

The cars make me laugh

Not sure if the originals are made in China in all honesty but worth a punt. Perhaps if someone wanted to buy them and compare when they receive them. Not sure how you'd tell if they're genuine unless you already have a pair though.

For me, if it sounds too good to be true, then it is. They could sell these for £80, which is still the cheapest about, and I would have more faith they were the real deal.

These are definitely fakes, just look on YouTube for how to spot fake Heartbeats, lots of tell-tale signs. Still they are generally OK headphones, not sure if they are worth £20 though. The Gaga heartbeats are much better audio quality, again not sure if they are £70-£80 worth of quality but you do pay for the name!
