Their 7W (60W equivalent) £2.99 will probably be more useful for most applications:

not the greatest bulb prone to flash on and off for no reason, I think I'll stick to normal bulbs from now on.

I've got many of these without a single issue - sounds like you may have it on a dimmer or touch lamp? This bulb won't work in that set-up.

You have some residual current leakage in your wiring then, and it's not an issue with the bulb .... although all LED bulbs are prone to this.

How warm are these? I have some "warm white" GU10s from LAP / Screwfix and the colour is horrible - truly horrible, The whole family looks jaundiced in the bathroom where these have been fitted. Wish I hadn't bought them.

LED bulbs require less power I believe. This 4w LED bulb is the equivalent to 38w of a traditional one i think.
