I picked up a bottle of this great whisky last night in store. I think it was about £5-£10 off. I can't find the deal online so it might just be in the Sheffield branch.

Why the negative? I paid £30 last week in Asda, cheapest I could find it then!

Tepid from me, only because it is a smidgen cheaper in Waitrose: £24.65 .

Cracking whisky, with more slap than the conventional 10YO Laphroaig. Considering it's non-chill filtered it's 48% ABV to boot!

Netto have Jura this week for only £20.Never tried it , might give it a go hic!

To me Jura is the most plain and boring single malt out there. It's just not special at all. I had to look enthusiastic when I was bought it as a gift a while ago but secretly I knew it would just be used for cooking.

This Laphroaig is a fantastically unique taste and at this price a bit of a bargain. Also with it being 48% you can water it down a bit (as most whisky drinkers do anyway) and you'll get more from the bottle.

cold- I just picked it up for £20 in asda canterbury

£20 quid in Sainsbugs too though all sold out so I settled for the 10yr old which is 21.41. Really reccomend mysupermarket.co.uk if you are nerdy like me and want cross reference supermarket purchases.

No morrisons listed which is a pain as only morrisons and sainsburys in centre of bolton for those who dont drive
