I recently found this large Fireman Sam engine in B & Ms. I have included a photo, and as you can clearly see, the price label on the right (above the picture of Sam) states £8.99. Its a great, well made engine and the packaging is lovely. Would make a great gift. I got one for my little boy's birthday!

It is currently £33.90 on|cat:10852005|prd:10852005

Hope this helps someone :)

Excellent, once again, I will be off to get one of these tomorrow for my nephew :)
Great price. Heat added
Do you know how much this weighs? It's just this would be perfect for my newphews birthday next month and the nearest B&M's is near middlesborough and thats miles from me. Depending how it would weigh and cost on postage, I was wondering whether you would be so kind and purchurse one for me and post it to me? Of course I would pay the price with postage added.
if you could weigh it and let me know, then I could see what the postage cost would be for it.

Many Thanks.

Got one :) he is going to love it! Thanks!
isn't it the same as this:
so good price but not really £33 from play
"so good price but not really £33 from play", well yes, it is still £33.90 from, regardless of where else sells it, it is still that price on

and no, not the same one. this is a friction engine (so it moves by spring mechanism, which propels the engine forward). Plus this one comes with Sam driving it. Also, judging by the measurements, the B & M one is bigger. It also looks (I obviously dont have the argos one in my hands so am assuming) like much better quality plastic. But thats an assumption :)

Hope this helps
