Very good price if this as you say are the Large ones.
I bought loads from a shop post Xmas a few years ago and half price of £8 and never seen any near this price since.
Just need to find a Homestore now.

Thanks

Their website is terrible! Luckily the deal is instore. Superb price for this product though, these candles are seriously good - the fragrance is stunning.

They are the best, however the price to burn time is rubbish... the large ones at around £15 last 110+ hours, thats over 10p an hour... the 'not so good' ikea candles last 30 hours at 75p... 2p-ish a minute.

Even the glade ones at £1.50 for 30 hours are better value....

(but as originally stated, Yankee are the best!)

Yep just took me a while to actually find the website and then when I did I clicked on the offer and it said I do not have authorisation to do that. Anyway seems like there are none around Nottingham which is a shame

I collect yankee candles. I clicked on their website offer and it says 'forbidden' :(

For anyone looking for good quality and long burn time per penny - when I couldn't bring myself to pay for any more Yankee I found a range of American soy wax candles at http://www.xs-stock.co.uk that burn far longer and more cleanly than average. The scents are noticeable but natural. The best bargain is this one - 18oz for £3.99 http://www.xs-stock.co.uk/products/candles/rtc18b-18oz-cinnamon-soy-candle-in-jar-made-in-usa.html. They have non-soy ones too but I haven't tried them. Postage is £5.95 so maybe only worth it if you are buying a few.

I live less than a 5 minutes walk from Country stores which have a very good range of YC. There's a shop in the Mumbles and Relaxing Heavenly Scents is a lovely shop in LLamsamlet which is dedicated to YC. B & Q near the Liberty stadium also sell a small range. Clinton cards at Trostre also sell a small range.

I mainly buy off the internet although you can't beat going into a shop and smelling them all!

They are Housewarmer Jars in the largest size that YC make. They are reputed to be the best true to life scents in the candle industry. I collect them as I love them. They also make wax tarts which you melt similar to an oil burner and reeds as well as tea lights and votive/sampler sized candles and as well as the large housewarmers they also have medium and small sizes. They also make tumblers in different sizes and have a large assortment of candle paraphanalia such as shades, plates/bases, illuma lids and lots of other stuff!!!

I don't think reading that made it any clearer!

The big ones they sell as 'house warmers'? How big are they? The little ones are candles in jars but they come with lots of scents, colours and designs?

I'm not having a go at anybody if this is your thing, I just can't work out what they actually are! Whether they are actual candles or you just collect them or some other reason!

If only they would get a Bath and Body Works in UK because they are much better.

http://www.yankeecandle.co.uk/default.asp Have a look here. I collect them and some I burn and some I don't! I love the tarts best with the housewarmer jars second. The reeds are fab in the bathroom. They bring out different fragrances/collections throughout the year.

If anyone goes to the store and on the off chance that they have any leather smelling ones I would be extremely grateful if they would pick me up some and would ensure that postage and packaging costs were well covered.

Prob a good thing that there aren't any of the stores in scotland !!
