Price before cashback £16.99/month.

Cashback via redemption on e2save site (usually 5 redemptions at months 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12) to bring cost down to £4.50/month. e2save have made this process very simple and straightforward.

A possible further £7.50 cashback via clicking through Quidco/TopCashBack to bring cost down to £3.90/month

PLAN INFO:

7GB 4GEE Max Plan

- EE's top tier SIM only plan allowing use of ALL of your 7GB data and unlimited minutes whilst roaming in Europe and a few other countries.

- BT Sport included – normally an additional £5/month on their other plans.

- Possible 6 months of Apple Music for free with this deal (thanks GDH341) http://ee.co.uk/why-ee/apple-music

Total effective cost of contract with e2save redemptions: £54!
Total effective cost of contract with e2save redemptions AND Quidco/TCB: £46.50!
EE's Bacon based tagline "it's a no brainer" has never been truer! :p

It's not really a cracking deal is it? You have to send your bill to them to get a cheque through the post. What's the guarantee you will get a cheque? You are still paying £16.99 a month.

They don't send you a novelty cheque to keep in your safe; they send a real cheque to take to the bank for money! How is that not a deal?

i done this and it was a right pain. you have to collate your bills every 3 months then post them to get your cashback. i honestly couldnt be bothered with all that hassle
"Alternatively, you can submit an online version of your bill via your My Account area by clicking here."
Why not just use their online uploader like everyone else? 8)

Is cash back guaranteed?
I will never ever go with e2save for anything again, put it that way.
I forgot to claim my 3 month redemption and realised around my 6-month redemption that I needed to submit claims for them. I ended up being 4 DAYS late for the 6-month redemption and they refused to honour either.
Now, admittedly that was my fault, but I still feel it is robbery to withhold the cashback on a technicality.
I made sure my 12 month redemption was in with plenty of time to spare and they were still ridiculously slow to pay up.
The cashback is not guaranteed at all.
From then on, I made sure my 12 month redemption

They give you a large window of 60 days to make a redemption. They didn't pay you when you went over this generous window for the first 2 redemptions. When you did manage to make your '12 month' claim on time they paid up. - I'm baffled; which part of this means that the "cashback is not guaranteed at all"?

As someone with two of these plans now, to answer some common questions:

- £26.99 is always going to show in your account. Your bill will be £16.99 with a discount applied
- BT Sport is 12 months
- Apple music is 6 months
- You can tether
- Roaming applies to calling within the EU, but not from UK to EU. I.e. call France from Holland or call the UK from France. Don't call France from the UK
- Contract starts at order confirmation date

Hope that helps someone!

The redemption cashback is guaranteed as long as you claim it within the generous time frame given. That would make it £4.50/month. The extra Quidco/TCB cashback of £15 is not guaranteed.

I've been with both. No major difference.

I'm currently claiming back through e2save for another SIMO plan I have. Their cashback process is pretty straight forward.

This is a pretty sweet deal though. :)

I got 8gb/ unlim mins with Vodafone for £5.50 after cashback a few months ago through e2save - never really gone over the 3-4gb mark with my usage though!

Unlike other sites, these guys give you generous 60 days after the bill is issued to send it (which can be done online). The guarantee that you'll get the cheques comes from the fact that you enter into a contract with e2save when placing your order. Following your logic, we could ask what's the guarantee that EE will keep providing service for the term of the contract? oO

It's a Carphone Warehouse company. I doubt they're out to scam people and make a quick buck. From their site:

"Because e2save is an online division of The Carphone Warehouse, you’re backed up by the reliability of one of the most trusted names on the high street." - https://www.e2save.com/about-us

In terms of the claim process its pretty simple, there's no sending of paper bills etc:

1. Download copy of PDF bill for month required from your EE online account.
2. Log in to e2save and attach PDF bill in the "cashback claims" section of your account.
3. Wait for confirmation and cheque!

A 5 minute job that'll save you a lot of monies! ;)

Well if you cant be bothered to spend five minutes every couple of months then i agree, however i plan to and will save a bucket load.

Ordered. Processed. Arriving 2 days.
Switching from poor giffgaff 4G. Hoping for better than 8mb downloads.
£15 quidco tracking too
Thanks

Not all EE 4G plans are equal. This one comes with their fastest 4G (up to 90 mbps)...but their highest speeds are obviously limited rollout. You can check your coverage here.

I got one of these cash back deals through Mobiles.co.uk last year, i have never missed any cheque payments from them but it can take up to six weeks after submitted.

Bargain. I might actually try EE again when my Vodafone contract is up (random 4G drop-outs that no-one can explain) - well, this or Three anyway.

Is it better to go with e2save or mobiles.co.uk?

Both owned by Carphone Warehouse so very little difference.

Only thing I hate is they send out cheques...was with mobilephonesdirect who paid straight into bank.

You have 14 day cooling-off period. If it's just 2 weeks ago you may be able to cancel and apply again!

Yeah, that's a bit of a pain, but it's worth it for the good deals. Mobilephonesdirect never do so well.

I saw that but have emailed them. Don't want to go through credit check and the whole process again.
Hopefully, they can add some data to my account. Thanks vshylock. Its a great deal.

SIMO credit checks are pretty "soft" checks (if you're afraid it'll affect your rating a lot to have a repeat check or that it may not go through) :)

Can the BT Sports app be used to stream to a smart TV?

Looks a good deal will have to see if I can get my 1 week old retentions offer of 1gb 1000mins and ultd texts for 4.99 upgraded as it now looks a bit poor !!

Are we sure about use of data / mins when roaming and BT Sport as can find no info on E2save or mobiles.co.uk about this ??

They do three tiers of SIM only plans:

4GEE Essential
4GEE
4GEE Max

The first two do not include the BT Sport App. This deal is for their top '4GEE Max' plan, the only one to include the BT Sport App.
