You did very well getting it for this price it is £40 on the website. I bought this before Christmas when it was £35 and it's a fantastic collection. I'm still only half way through it.

Just to clarify, it's 21 disk box not 22.

Very hot if you can find one.

I didnt buy it as I already have the set......... twice !! I have the ones with the silver writing that came out originally, then the cheaper black type versions, why ? because im a fool ! and you are quite right, its 21 discs not 22

They made some Laurel and Hardy movies a while back, can't remember when but it was two actors trying to impersonate L&H. Think it was in the 1990's.

They were shown on tv.

They will never be beaten.

Roy Castle and Ronnie Barker once did a half hour show where they played Laurel and Hardy, its on the DVD 'seven of one' which is in the Ronnie Barker boxset, its pretty good but you'll never beat the boys !

Good idea they're not going to miss the royalties. Bought this with happy memories of childhood and later in my teens (to complement my keen interest in special cigarettes) thought them hilarious. Watched them once this time then straight in to the cupboard and there they've stayed.

you payed double !!!! i paid £160 when this boxset was first released , about 6 - 7 years ago . i didnt begruge paying it as they are my faves. but this price today is an absolute steal !

This is a really good deal, the new packaging is slimline cases which build up a photo of the bowler hats - looks really cool.

ALSO, THE RUNNING TIME IS OVER 68 HOURS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!
