I know this was listed before but it was only available instore.

It is now available online and with quidco works out around £45.50 for 21 discs. It currently is on Amazon for £80 so I think this is a good deal.

great spot and great price, please don't rely on HMV coming up with he goods before christmas, i was let down twice by them last year for presents that never materialised, kept on getting not in stock emails for two months even though they let me order it........ go to the high street for £49.99 to guarantee it if it's for a present, otherwise go for it

Voted HOT!

I bought this box set at full price when it first came out, and it is excellent.

Puts most modern comedy to shame!

Is this litrally every movie of laurel and hardy? My dady collects them but i always remember he watched one about a house and it was haunted?? And one where they worked in a 'bell' factory??? Can anyone confirm these are included? :santa:

Bought one. Great price for a great set that will get some hammer at Xmas.:santa:

Laughing Gravy always makes me cry laughing, and the scene when Laurel decants homebrew and gets trollied is a classic. Can't wait to watch them and educate my kids there is more to humour than Friends and Catherine Tate.

£110 when I checked at Amazon!

Not it isn't absolutely everything - I think there are 3 feature films that were for another studio so aren't included here but I don't know the details... have a look on www.laurelandhardy.org - I'm sure they'll have the info you need.

Saps at Sea is one where they work in a horn factory - that may be the one?? It's in the box.

There's a few where they are in a haunted house setting, I'd guess the most famous is The Laurel-Hardy Murder Case, where they turn up to collect an inheritance. Don't see that one listed on the HMV details, but then it might be part of the untitled "related shorts" on one of the discs.

Also guessing the 'bell factory' is in fact a 'horn factory'? In which cae it would be Saps At Sea, which is on there.

And while I'm at it, I'd hope The Music Box is one of those "related shorts", that's my favourite, although I do find it quite stressful that they can't get that ruddy piano up the steps!

Great price... would go for it if I didn't already have a room full of L&H, Keaton, Chaplin et al videos/DVDs!

Saps at Sea is the story with the horns and the Laurel & Hardy Murder Case is the one regarding the inheritence, they are both included.

Music Box aswell.

Now here's another fine mess I've got myself in, spending all this money at Christmas.

Available in stock from Touchwood, Solihull. They have these stacked up right at the front of the store. You can get 10% discount from HMV if you are a student and have a valid NUS Card.

I've ordered it over their website five-days ago (Sunday), and still not received it - although have received confirmation its on its way. Bought via Quidco (9% off), but didn't manage to validate my NUS Card online as I need to register it with a HMV store online :-( Could get this for £49.99 - £4.99 (10% NUS) and a further 9% off (Quidco).... total bargain!
