Introducing a solution for these common bathroom problems. It's called the Lav Nav and which is short for Lavatory Navigator.

How this device works is very simple. When you approach it in the dark the light turns on thanks to its sophisticated sensor. Such technology makes the toilet a lot safer and easier to see at night without irritating your partner. Bathroom lights can be painfully bright in the middle of the night. So why switch them on?

The Lav Nav is perfect for those nights where you are staggering around trying to find the pee-hole. The Lav Nav Incorporates a night-light, visual targeting system, and "Put the damned seat down!" reminder technology, the Lav Nav is a practical solution to those familiar issues.

As if by magic, the Lav Nav light comes on when you approach in the dark, and turns off after you leave, shining gentle yet sufficient light where you need it, when you need it.

Better yet, the Lav Nav uses a red or greed light to cleverly show the position of the seat. It's very bright, very fun and above all else very useful!

Gotta love this one... i presume it sticks to the underside of the lid?- So what happens when the 'stick' fails and the device falls into the loo - i would be a lot more irritated by having to fish the damned thing out.

I thought about that:

but the reviews on the net didnt have any mention to the problem you raised.

Some described it as "sturdy" and "robust"

Hope it helps?

sometimes when you wake early in the morning it is hard to pee straight down.. is there something that can help??
#16
only problem with this is that the alarm starts beeping if you leave the toilet lid open after you've been just like a fridge door alarm ;-)
#17
Excellent. Putting the light on in the en-suite wakes up partner. This should be great.

These are so good. I have one attached on the wall next to the toilet so my kids can go to the toilet through the night on their own. I will not put it on the toilet as I find it un-hygienic.
The battery is now lasting over a year.
Highly recomended - ordering another one!

Just pee and move your aim until you hear water.. simple

I've got one of these and they are rubbish really.
The idea is when you go to the loo in the the middle of the night, it is red for toilet seat up and green for down.

It lights up when you go into the bathroom.

The problem there is that if you don't have a see-through toilet seat it isn't much good.
It sticks underneath the toilet seat lid.

I haven't used it in years though, I'll have to put some batteries in it, shows how useful it is.

Get a touch battery night light instead.
