What machine are you referring to with a £75 voucher?

This is a good deal, great service from JL, and a decent machine for less than 30 notes.

Just get a £10 stove top cafetiere, some decent coffee & it'll make a far nicer cup than any pod machine. & Nespresso bearing in mind cost makes the worst pod machine coffee out there, sells on the brand/celebrity endorsement/advertising alone.

Not a surprise these capsule machines are so cheap as they tie you in to paying extortionate prices for capsules with a poor carbon footprint. You can get a decent standard cappuccino machine with frother for around 50-60quid, and you can buy coffee much cheaper. You just have to clean it out -not difficult

48 capsules for a tenner. Less than 21p each - shocking extortion, I've been tied in to a rip off.

I disagree completely the quality of the coffee in the pods that nespresso use is superior to the majority of coffee (or beans) that you buy in addition you are paying a premium for no hassle and no mess. My Nespresso coffee maker is the easiest way of getting good coffee quickly, easily and cleanly and I don't buy into the cult of celebrity.

That said the 5g of coffee in the capsule is tight meaning for a strong coffee you need 2 pods making it 60p (ish) per cup so I have just started switching to th lavazza machines again I think the coffee way better than my stove top which is only now used for camping .

The coffee is terrific

Now if the makers of the aeropress could get Daniel Craig to do an expensive ad I'm sure the sheep would go flocking...

I brought this for £19.99 reduced in B&M at the meadow hall retail park in Sheffield

Good deal, but bear in mind that many of these rival coffee pod versions are slowly being phased out by the manufacturers as Nespresso corners the market. Starbucks have started to sell their coffee in Nespresso capsules since the demise of their machine. Machine Could be out of date soon?

It's only last year that nespresso allowed licensing of their product or there was a case against their patent depends on what you believe that allowed others to make capsules that fit their machines. However Nespresso sell the machines at a loss to make money from the pods with companies like the fine coffee company making pods that nespresso receive no monies from who knows what will happen ? I suspect that some of the machines will go the way of the squareal but I think that's lavazza as a coffee manufacturer will want to keep a toe in the market and they are or appear to be putting money in to marketing so I think they plan to stay.

your comment is so misguided its not even wrong.
Nespresso makes drinkable coffee in 20 seconds- with no clean up required (thats the important bit, Einstein).
Can you really be bothered to use a bialetti at 7am each morning? Most members of the human race cannot

Yeah, fair enough, I don't think it's a lot of work but it can't match 20 seconds. Each to their own.

I disagree with the taste but it's an individual thing I suppose.

I use my aeropress each morning inverted method and it is no more difficult than pouring water in with fresh coffee, steeping for however long I want it cap and metal filter on, flip, plunge and once done push the wet grounds into food waste. Quick rinse of the aero pres, add milk to mug and enjoy

As for waste what about the used pods wonderful for the environment I'd say!!!

And guess what I'm not paying for some Hollywood actor to tell me that the coffee is wonderful.

Still the machine look nice on the worktop all polished and shiny and the sheep are tied into buying pods forever thereby keeping clooneys bank balance nice and healthy

For me the worst thing about Nespresso is that they are a Nestle brand.
